Firefox 3 will be released immediately
Firefox is no doubt the most prominent browser on earth. It has three characters that make it qualified as the best browser ever: good, free and open source (despite it also lacks certain important features, eg: it has slow speed due to it’s architecture).
The latest version of Firefox that will be released immediately is Firefox 3. From VG’s review about Firefox 3, i think the attribute that will be most featured might be the beautiful tab switching.
The feature is not new, i guess, at least it has been used in IE 7 and Windows Vista. It’s also available on Compiz/Beryl, although not on browser but on taskbar.
If i could request some features on Firefox 3, i think the list below is enough:
- Embedded Download Manager, DownThemAll is great, but if it could be embedded, the overall performance will be better i guess.
- Embedded Flickr Uploader.
