We are in Semarang. Want to know about Our City? Here are some pictures you could click:

- Tugumuda, Semarang’s landmark
Here’s what Wikipedia said about our City:
Semarang is a city on the north coast of the island of Java, Indonesia. It is the capital of the province of Central Java. It has an area of 373.67 km? and approximately 1.5 million people making it the Indonesia’s fifth largest city. Semarang is located at [show location on an interactive map] 6?58?S, 110?25?E. A major port during the Dutch colonial era, and still an important port today, the city is known in Indonesia for its large ethnically Chinese population. The name of the city, Semarang, may have originated from the concatenation of the words “asem” (tamarind) and “arang” (rare). Another version is that Semarang is originated from Chinese word Sam Po Lang (San Bao Loong), meaning the city of Sam Po (Admiral Zheng He).

KDE 4 is the next release of the K Desktop Environment. According to Wikipedia and KDE’s official site, a release date has been scheduled for 23 October 2007 (yeah, less than a month from now).

Major updates including:
- a port to Qt 4
- a new multimedia API
- a new desktop and panel user interface tool
- a support for many platforms, including Microsoft Windows? and Mac OS X? WOW, damn great, i hope it’ll compatible with Vista
The first Beta Release of KDE 4 is already available, you can check the announcement from here.
.
There are rumors that KDE 4 will not officially available in Fedora 8 (why fedora teams?), but i hope it will be available on my fave distro, the Gutsy Gibbon Kubuntu.
